Online Course Material Refunds

Refund for Course Cancellation

Students withdrawing from a course prior to the first day of the month in which the course begins, and  materials have not been shipped from our distribution centre will receive a full course fee refund, less a $90 withdrawal processing fee.  If course materials have been shipped, a full course fee refund less a $90 materials admin fee and a $90 withdrawal processing fee will be given.

Please return all unopened course materials via Canada Post with your original packing slip enclosed.

Dropped Course Refund

Dropped courses do not receive a materials refund; however, a partial refund for the course enrolment will be granted. 

 

Refunds processed through My CGA Profile will be credited to your credit card immediately by following these steps:

  Enter your credit card number, expiry date and payment method (i.e. VISA or MC) in the appropriate fields.

  Click on 'Submit Payment Information'.

All refunds processed internally by the Association will be issued by cheque and may take four to six weeks for processing.  Any third party refunds where the student is not the original payor must be forwarded by the student to the appropriate party.
