NAIT/SAIT "Partner Challenge" (PCH) Exam Registration

Students taking PACE level courses at NAIT or SAIT must write the CGA National Examination.  Students must achieve the minimum grade of C+ (or its equivalent) in order to qualify to write the national examination.  Enrollment in Partner exams for PACE level courses is required by the published exam enrollment deadline. Exam deferrals are subject to deferral fees.

Students qualifying to write National CGA exams through courses at NAIT/SAIT are required to enroll and write the exam immediately after completing the course (qualification lists are submitted to CGA after courses are complete).  A partner challenge exam (PCH) is eligible for a supplemental (re-write) if required.

Students wishing to write a national exam in a later session are required to submit an official transcript and request a challenge exam (CH).  The challenge exam is not eligible for a supplemental.

CGA will verify your eligibility to write the Partner Challenge Exam with NAIT/SAIT after NAIT/SAIT courses are complete. Students who do not qualify (DNQ) to write the national exam will be withdrawn from the Partner Challenge exam. A DNQ will be recorded in your transcript and the exam fee paid will automatically be refunded. A DNQ counts as one of three attempts at a CGA course.

Students qualified to write the exam who do not write and do not withdraw prior to the exam will be given an ETR (Elect to Re-enroll) and will not receive a refund for the exam fee.
