Transfer to another CGA Association
If you move away from Alberta, you can continue your program with another CGA affiliate. You may complete the current academic year's study with CGA Alberta if enrolled in online CGA courses, although you will be able to write your exam at the exam centre closest to your (new) home address. Transfers are only processed in July/August each year, before enrollment for the new academic year begins.
Please complete the Transfer Application Form and return it to the CGA affiliate from which you are moving. There is no fee for this service. Once received, your transfer request will take up to 30 days to process. Once your file has been transferred, your next point of contact will be from the affiliate to which you transferred.
