Processing a Refund in your Checkout
The general admission fee, challenge and supplemental exam fee, transfer credit fee, shipping and handling fee and all administrative charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed through My CGA Profile > Checkout and can be put back onto your credit card by following these simple steps:

Go to My CGA Profile and click on Checkout

Enter your credit card number, expiry date and payment method (i.e. Visa or MC) in the appropriate fields

Click on 'Submit Payment Information'
If you would prefer your refund via cheque please notify our office.
