How To Apply and Enroll
Step 1 - Request an Evaluation
Login to the website at the top right hand corner of the page using your ID number and password to request a transcript evaluation through My CGA Profile. If you do not have an ID number and password, sign up as a 'new user.' The evaluation determines your transfer credits or challenge exams. Results will be sent by email within two weeks from the date payment and transcripts are received. Contact your former post-secondary schools (college/university) to have them send official transcripts to CGA Alberta, Suite 100, 325 Manning Rd. NE, Calgary, AB T2E 2P5. Non-Canadian Transcripts:
Please do not send original transcripts by mail. Notarized copies from non-Canadian institutions will be accepted directly from the student. You may be required to submit your documents to the International Qualifications Assessment Service (IQAS) for a degree equivalency evaluation. A notarized copy should bear a stamp indicating it is a true copy of the original document, and should be signed and dated from a verifiable source such as: a post-secondary registrar, designated accountant, or public notary.
If your international post-secondary institution is not listed on the drop down menu when entering your transcript information, please submit your documents to IQAS for Canadian equivalency assessment.
Step 2 - Become a CGA Student - Apply for Admission
Login to the website with your ID number and password at the top right hand corner of the page. Complete the Application for Admission through "My CGA Profile" > "Program Enrollment". To enroll as a CGA student, you will be required to pay the one-time General Admission fee and Annual Student Tuition fees listed on the fee schedule.
Once the Application for Admission and General Admission fee and Student Tuition fees have been accepted, applicants may refer to themselves as CGA student and may indicate their enrollement with CGA on a resume. CGA students have immediate access to exclusive CGA services including and the job board at CGA Connect in addition to the student options available in My CGA Profile.
Step 3 - Register for Online Courses

Login to the CGA website, access "My CGA Profile" and register prior to the enrollment deadlines. Please remember late enrollments are subject to a late fee.b. Select a course based on the remaining courses required in your program, as indicated on the initial transcript evaluation, if applicable. Refer to the course schedule before selecting the courses.
Please note: ** Only certain courses are offered during each session; if a student does not have the necessary pre-requisites for a course, the course will not appear for registration. Take a few minutes to plan your next year in advance based on the course schedule. After completing registration for your course, click 'Checkout' to pay your fees.
