Transcript Evaluation Fee
A fee of $95 plus GST must accompany your request for a transcript evaluation. CGA Transcript evaluations are valid for one year. If you do not enroll within a year after your initial evaluation, please request an evaluation update prior to completing the application process.
Annual Student Fees
All new and re-enrolling students pay the annual student fee for each academic year. This fee represents the fixed portion of the educational and student services costs of the CGA Program. The Annual Student fee is payable upon admission and each August thereafter until graduation.
Annual student fees for first year students are dependent on the session in which you first enroll. If you enroll in the first session, you will pay the full year's Student fee. If you enroll in later sessions, you will pay a pro-rated portion of the full-year's Student fee, as below. For all following academic years, students are required to pay the full student fee (Session 1 to 4) each August.
First Year Pro-Rated Annual Dues - Applies to new enrolling students only!
Session 1 - $825 (Sessions 1 to 4)Session 2 - $650 (Sessions 2 to 4)
Session 3 - $450 (Sessions 3 to 4)
Session 4 - $250 (Session 4 Only)
Full Time Post-Secondary Fee
Full-time post-secondary students - $295
CGA students who are concurrently attending any post-secondary institution on a full-time* basis are eligible to apply for reduced annual CGA student dues. The fee reduction will be approved on review of a current, official transcript from the appropriate institution. To apply for the full-time post-secondary fee, complete the request form via My CGA Profile under the 'Program Enrollment' tab prior to completing the application form or annual declaration (required by all continuing CGA students).
*Full-time is defined as taking a minimum of three courses per semester as indicated on your official transcript. Full-time post-secondary students who join the program before they graduate pay the discounted fee regardless of when they enter the program throughout the academic year.
