Convocation Ceremony and the Graduate Banquet & Ball

DATE: Saturday, October 16, 2010  Ceremony to start at 10:00 am in the Van Horne Ballroom.  Banquet and Ball to follow at 7:00 pm in the Van Horne Ballroom.

MEMBER CARDS:

Member cards will be issued to new grads at the next quarterly printing after the registrar has approved your application to become a member. The times of these print runs are generally the end of August and November, and the beginning of March and June. New member cards will be mailed to all new members within 3 - 4 weeks of these dates.

Fairmont Rooms: $269.00 (Single) or $279.00 (Double)

This rate includes the $10 service charge (which covers porterage, housekeeping and conference services).  Applicable taxes will be added.

Individual reservations can call the Reservations department at 403-762-6866 or the Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414.  Please identify yourself as part of the Certified General Accountants Association of Alberta group in order to receive our discounted rates.

IMPORTANT:  Reservations must be made by September 13, 2010 in order to qualify for the group rate.
